DESCRIPTION:

Join us on Friday, January 30th at 6:00PM for the first class in our Alternative Expression series!

In this event, we’ll be exploring the art of collage! Collage is a creative process where you assemble different materials like magazines, patterned paper, photos, textures, and found objects, into a single artwork. Our host will start with a short demonstration, introducing basic techniques, composition tips, and ways to express ideas through mixed media. Most of the class will be spent cutting, arranging, gluing, and experimenting with different materials.

Absolutely NO experience is required, and attendees are welcome to break outside the mold and do something different, experiment, and be creative! At the end of the event, attendees are encouraged (but not required) to submit what they created to our upcoming art exhibition.
