DESCRIPTION:

Sunday, Oct 19th is the 2025 Disability Pride NYC Parade, organized by Disability Pride NYC. Join us as we walk together as a group to celebrate disability pride and represent our nonprofit Autistic Adults NYC!

We will be lining up at 10:00AM, the program begins at 10:30, and we start marching at 11:00AM.

ACCOMMODATIONS:
They’re expecting thousands of attendees. I will bring earplugs for everyone, but if you need to bring anything else (noise canceling headphones, sunglasses), please bring them! 

WHAT TO BRING/WEAR:
Make sure to bring water/comfy shoes! Since you will be representing our group, please be sure any graphics on your clothes are family friendly, and any signage family friendly and related to disability/autistic pride!

AFTER THE PARADE:
The parade ends at Union Square park (We should make it there around 12:00). From 12-3PM there will be tabling by organizations, corporations and City Agencies, performances, community engagement activities. It will most likely be crowded.
