DESCRIPTION:

Meditation in Motion, A Gentle Practice Circle

This relaxed virtual gathering offers a softer, more accessible way to experience meditation through the body rather than pressure to sit still or “quiet the mind.” Together we will explore simple insights on why embodied practices like breath rhythm, sensory grounding, and gentle movement can make meditation feel more natural and effective.

The session blends discussion and guided experiences so you can learn and practice in real time. Options will always be offered for different comfort levels, whether seated, lying down, or incorporating light movement.

This is a compassionate space to slow down, regulate, and reconnect without force, judgment, or unrealistic expectations.
