DESCRIPTION:

The purpose of this group is for autistic men to explore their lived experience of friendship, loneliness, and connection. Drawing on a Gestalt lens, members will attend to what is present — in their bodies, in the field between themselves and others, and in the contact boundary where self meets world. Members will come away with greater awareness of how they make and lose contact, what interrupts genuine connection, and what nourishment is possible when they are truly met.
