DESCRIPTION:

Many autistic men live with forms of scarcity that extend far beyond finances. Scarcity can emerge through years of misunderstanding, exclusion, bullying, masking, burnout, inaccessible environments, unemployment, loneliness, and repeated experiences of being told—directly or indirectly—that there is not enough room for them in the world.

Over time, scarcity can become more than a circumstance. It can become an organizing principle that shapes how one relates to oneself, other people, work, love, community, hope, and the future.

This group offers an opportunity to slow down together, deepen awareness of these experiences, honor the creative adjustments that have supported survival, and discover how authentic contact, mutual support, and community can create space for new ways of living.

This group is not therapy or a substitute for clinical care, but a social and support space centered on peer connection and shared lived experience.
