This virtual event is an invitation to slow down and get honest with yourself in a way most of us rarely do.
Through simple moments of reflection and conversation, you’ll explore three grounding questions: How do I feel? What do I really want? What could I do right now that feels nourishing? This is the practice of self-study in real time, noticing what’s true for you without overthinking it.
We’ll gently reconnect to play, ease, and small forms of pleasure that often get pushed aside, even though they’re essential for feeling steady. Without this kind of awareness, it’s easy to keep pushing through while quietly becoming more depleted.
