History Lost to Time Pt 2. : Weeksville

This event serves as a space to share lesser known Black History in relation to New York. It is meant to be a platform to educate and discuss the areas now covered by modern neighborhoods in the city. This part of the series takes a closer look at Weeksville and its history in our city. Together, we will learn integral pieces of black history that have paved the way for the accomplishments of further generations of black residents in this city!

After introductions, we will be going on a 1 hour guided tour together led by staff.
