LOCATION: Chelsea

DESCRIPTION:

Do you struggle with cooking, nutrition, meal planning, or just figuring out how to feed yourself?

Join us for a relaxed, autism-friendly workshop about food and eating as autistic adults. We’ll talk about common challenges around cooking and feeding ourselves, share strategies that can make things easier, and explore ways to work with our individual needs and preferences.

The main activity will be creating your own Safe Foods Cookbook! You’ll put together a mini personalized cookbook filled with easy, reliable foods and simple recipes that work for you.

We’ll wrap up with a short, hands-on demo of an easy, low-stress food that we’ll make together and eat. No fancy cooking skills required!
