DESCRIPTION:

We’re working on ways to make our community safer and more comfortable for everyone, and I want to hear from women and other marginalized genders, specifically feminine-perceived individuals, on your experience. Some things we’re looking at include: community-wide educational events (bystander training, sessions on communication & interpersonal relationships, etc), updates to our rules, and mandatory onboarding sessions for all new and current members to go over community guidelines and expectations.

The discussion will mainly be geared toward folks who have attended a few events before. (Please note that this will not be a super social event, mostly focused on discussion & feedback!)

I’ll go through our current plans & drafts, but I want to hear your thoughts, experiences, suggestions, or concerns, anything you think would improve our community experience.
