We create a tacit understanding between employers and jobseekers: employers who are part of our network believe that people living with chronic illness or disability are capable of being productive employees—and jobseekers who use the platform can feel secure that participating employers care about their success.”
Nicole Russell is the President and Executive Director of Autistic Adults NYC. She currently lives in Brooklyn, NY, and was diagnosed as Autistic in August 2021, midway through pursuing her Master’s at New York University. After a long journey of adjusting to city life, a new diagnosis, and struggling to find community, she founded Autistic Adults NYC. Since starting the organization, she has continued to enjoy facilitating events and compiling resources for the community, along with director duties.
